Steps

Firstly apply all the ingredients listed below marination to the chicken. And marinate chicken for atleast 1hour

Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee in pan to this add marinated chicken and and fry chicken

Once it fried well switch off the flame and keep aside

Next make paste of deep fried onion and keep aside

Make paste of blanched almonds using 1/4 th cup milk

Heat 2 tbsp oil and ghee in a wok, add bay leaf and shaai jeera, once it splutters add ginger garlic paste fry for a min, next add red chilli powder, coriander powder,cumin powder fry well next add tomato paste

Fry well till oil seprates, next add deep fried onion paste, kasoori methi, kitchen king masala and fry for 2 mins, next simmer the flame and add yogurt

Next add chicken, salt, 1 cup water close the lid and cook for 5 mins.next to this add almond paste, and finally add Fresh cream and garam masala powder cook for another 5 mins and switch off the flame

Garnish with sliced almonds, deep fried onion and coriander leaves

Shahi korma is ready to serve

Note : you can use chicken with bone also

Add spice as per ur taste more or less (as it's mild spicy dish)
