Add few drops of water in crushed mustard seeds and set aside for 5 minutes

Add black pepper powder,salt,powder sugar and mustard seeds in fresh cream,mix well

In a bowl mashed boiled potato,add in grated carrot,cabbage, boiled peas,mix cream mixture in it,mix all ingredients well

Spread butter on half bread slices evenly, remember butter should be room temperature

Now spread vegetables mixture on it

Prepare half slices like this,and cover with remaining slices

Gently press sandwich with hands,cut in triangle shape
- 8
Serve with chutney and sauce
