In a Kadhai heat oil, add cumin seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste

Saute till onion gets translucent in colour

Add boiled and mashed potatoes

Saute for 3-4 minutes,add all masala,salt mix well

Add chopped fresh coriander leaves

Switch off flame

Take two slices

Apply soften butter on both slices

Apply coriander chutney to both slices

Spread 2 tsp potato mixture on one slice

Put finely chopped capsicum and onion

Sprinkle chaat masala,and grated cheese

Cover both slices

On top apply butter

Heat tava,add little butter,Slightly toast sandwich on tava from both sides

Remove on plate,cut in squares, garnish sev
