Steps

Add water to curd and make buttermilk.Add water as per you need to get the right consistency.

In a mixer grind green chilli,coriander leaves,curry leaves and ginger to a fine paste.

Add the filtered grinded paste to the buttermilk.Add black salt,salt,methi powder and hing.

Mix the above buttermilk well with the help of blender. You can keep the buttermilk in refrigerator for sometime.

Spicy and cool buttermilk is ready to drink.
