Steps

Take the seed out and scoopout the fleshy part of the fruit and place it in a bowl.

Mash it with a fork.

Add very finely chopped garlic, cilantro, onion and the white pepper powder,salt in to it.

Add few drops of lemon juice and mix well. Keep aside.

Toast the bread in a toaster or toast the bread slices on a tawa.

Spread the avocado mix on them and sprinkle the chilli flakes.

Enjoy them as closed sandwich or open sandwich as you wish.
