Wash ndegu and boil then for about 15 mins then fry them with onions and coriander

Mix flour with water and a pinch of salt then mix it to form a dough then make small samosa balls

Roll the balls until it's light and not thick then cut them into halves

Fold the havles fold it one side small and the other to be large then fold it with flour mixed with water

Put ndengu in the folded piece and then fold it again with flour mixed with water

Put the cooking oil on the pan and heat them

Enjoy it with juice
