Moong Flour Rotla are very healthy,tasty protein rich and easy to digest.
Steps
- 1
Take chopped Palak,coriander,chilli,ginger in mixer and grind into smooth paste.
- 2
Add 3 tbsp puree in Moong flour,add salt as per taste and knead soft dough with water.
- 3
Knead dough with palm to soften and make 3 equal balls.
- 4
Take ball and sprinkle flour on tapping with palm make rotla & cook slow flame on tava both side.
- 5
Apply ghee & serve hot
