Steps

Wash and Clean moong dal and roast dal in pan for 5 to 6 mins.

Beat dal in mixer grinder then put ghee in pan and fry dal for 10 mins at medium flame.

Put milk in it and water mix it nicely and add sugar to it.

In another pan put 1 tablespoon ghee fry dry fruits.

Add all these in halwa and add 1 tablespoon ghee
- 6
And moong dal halwa is ready.
