Steps

Firstly wash and soak the samak for 2 hours.

After that in a jar mix drained samak,cashew,groundnut, green chilli,curd and water and grind it make a smooth paste.

Now take out the paste in a bowl,add salt,black pepper and coriander leaves.

After that add eno salt and mix it.

Now heat the appe pan.and add some ghee in moulds.

After that pour the paste in it.and keep the lid on appe pan after 1 minute cook it from back side.

Take out after one minute,now Ur samak appe is ready.Serve with green chutney.
