  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1and 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 3small carrots
  • 2eggs
  • 3 tablespoonvanilla flavour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend sugar

    Sieve flour,baking powder,mix with the sugar in a bowl.

    In a separate bowl,whisk egg,add vanilla flavour,grate carrots,and melted butter mix all together.pour in the sugar,baking powder and mix very well.

    Preheat oven,cream the baking pan with butter and pour in the barter.place in the oven,bake for 35-40minutes.
