  • 4 bunchesSpinach
  • 60 gButter
  • 2 litersStock
  • 6 pcsPotatoes
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • Onion
  • 500 mlMilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut your spinach

    In a large pot over medium heat,sweet the onion with butter

    Add potatoes,stock and bring to book for 20min until potatoes are tender

    Add spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach tender

    Cool the mixture,then transfer to food processor or blender until very smooth

  6. 6

    Return your soup in a boul,add milk and season with salt and pepper and serve it hot
