Add all lentils and red chillies to a bowl

Wash and soak with the red chillies
- 3
Grind to a smooth paste with little water and salt
- 4
Add chopped onions, more salt if required and cumin.

Add chopped ginger and coriander

Brush oil to a snack maker

Pour a laddle of batter in each hole

Grill with little oil on both sides
- 9
Serve with desired chutney.
