Steps

Make two chapatis from the dough.

Grind the jaggery well!

Take one chapati and brush a little ghee on it. Now add the jaggery in it.

Now put the second chapati over the first one.

Apply some water on the outside of the chapati. And fold the outer side well.

Heat the tawa and put the roti on it on a low flame. Add ghee to both sides.

Flip the roti and cook the other side as well on the low flame.

Your Bhusri is ready.
