Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgsemolina / suji
  • 200 gpowder sugar
  • 1 cupgrated coconut
  • 1 cupmixed dry fruits chopped
  • 1 tspChironji
  • 2 tsppoppy seeds
  • 2 tspmelon seeds
  • 1 cupclarified butter /ghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 glassmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add ghee then ghee hot add suji mix and roast.

    After roast add sugar,dry fruits,cardamom powder mix and add little milk mix and binding ladoo.
