In a bowl mix suji, salt, red chilli powder with water to make a batter. Keep it aside for 10 mins.

Mashed potatoes in a bowl. Keep aside. Chop onions and keep aside. Now add onions and mustard seeds in suji mixture. Mix well. Add carrots, mashed potatoes and mix well.

Add water if the batter is too thick. Batter should not be too thick not too thin. Keep the batter aside for 5 mins.

Heat tawa pour little oil on tawa and pour ladlefull of batter on tawa. Cook on slow flame. Drizzle some oil on sides. Now cook on high till golden.

Flip the other side slow the flame drizzle some oil on sides if needed and cook on high flame till golden.

Remove it to a plate and SERVE hot with ketchup or Schezwan sauce
