Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGajar halwa
  2. 2 cupflour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 cupoil for
  5. As requiredWater
  6. SomeOil for frying
  7. For sugar syrup:
  8. 1 cupsugar
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 4-5threads saffron
  11. 3-4 dropsrose essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Add salt to all purpose flour.
    Then add moyan.Knead dough using warm water.

  2. 2

    Now take small ball and roll thin like roti. Cut it into rectangular shape.
    Fill halwa in it like we do in spring roll.

  3. 3

    Dip rolls and fry medium flame.
    Layer of rolls should not be thick otherwise it will be raw from inside.

  4. 4

    Now cut rolls from middle.
    Spread sugar syrup and serve.

  5. 5

    For sugar syrup:cook sugar, water and kesar thread till it become one thread syrup. Now turn off gas and add rose essence.
