Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gmsLady's finger
  • 4 tbspgram flour
  • 2 tbspRice flour
  • 2 tbspThick curd
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
  • SomeOil for deep frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the Veggies well. Wipe them to dry with neat cloth.

  2. 2

    Remove both the edges and cut them into small pieces of 1/2 inch size.

  3. 3

    Add all the powders, salt and curd and mix well. (Curd helps the Lady's finger fry to be non sticky after frying)

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Once the oil is hot enough put the mix in small lots and fry to crisps.
