Ingredients

  1. 2-3Potatoes
  2. 1-2Capsicum
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 2Onions
  5. 3-4Garlic chopped
  6. 1 tspchilli powder
  7. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 Tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 Tspgaram masala
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Some Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Chop all the vegetables slightly big in size vertically and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In a pan,heat oil and add chopped garlic and saute for a min and then add onions and fry till they turn brown.

  3. 3

    Add the potato and fry for some time.to this add all the masala powder and salt and saute well.

  4. 4

    After the potatoes are cooked well,add Capsicum and tomatoes and close the lid and cook till they turn crunchy.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves
