Steps

First wash and clean Palak blanch it or 1-2 min keep it in microwave.

Grind garlic, chilli and ginger grind it than add boiled or blanch spinach in that and grind it.

Than add in wheat flour this paste and add salt, cumin, ajwain and make dough.

Crumble paneer than add all ingredients and mix nicely.

Stuffing and dough is ready.

Now roll it, stuff stuffing than cook both side nicely and serve with curd or your favorite chutney.
