Make a nice dough with all dough ingredients separately

Now mix the three colour dough..take a small portion of the dough and roll it like a puri

Heat the pan and add ghee then put the nuts and coconut..

Stir it for a while..add sugar also..saute for a while

Heat an another pan and add little bit ghee snd mawa

Stir it very nicely..cook it for a while..then mix it with coconut mixture.it's done

Now put the mawa stuffing in the puri..shape it like gujiya

Heat the pan and add oil.fry the gujiya until it becomes little brown and crispy

Make a light sugar syrup with the syrup ingredients..dip the gujiya in the syrup

Keep it for 5 minutes

It's ready to serve
