Bejek means mashing something until nearly soft. So here goes tahu bejek. When I don't have any idea of what too cook and a bit thight on money, I make this. It is quick, tasty and cheap. That's important.

Steps

Add the oil in a pan.

Add in the garlics. Fry until fragrant.

Add in the tofu. Mash them lighlty until nearly soft but still have some large chunks.

Add the egg in the middle. Mix them together. Then after they are combined. Add in the green onion.

Add in the seasonings. Mix. Taste test.

Turn off the heat. Serve
