Rinse chana dal first very well in water and soak after soak 1hour cook in pressure cooker for 6 to 7 whistles after cool drain extra water from dal

Now grind in mixer to make fine paste and add jeggery mix well and cook in microwave

Now stuffing is ready add nutmeg and cardamom powder mix well

Mean while take flour both and mix in bowl add oil or ghee for moysn and make smooth and soft dough cover and keep side

Now we make stuffing in equally parts and take a small portion or dough roll it 2 to 3 in circumference on a dusterd rollind board.place stuffing in the centre of the rolled dough

Now bring edges together and sprinkle some flour start rolling the dough make poli medium or large heat and roast on both sides till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve with ghee...and enjoy endlessly.....
