I often make this beef potato because all my family like this.

Cut beef and soak mushrooms. I always use Shiitake mushrooms.

Fry beef till the surface good color

Cook in pressure pan with Japanese Sake and half cup of water till beef softened. This time I cook 15min. If you don’t have Sake please use water.

Cut vegetables

Open the lid and put seasoning and 1 cup of mushrooms soak water.

Cook more 5 minutes in pressure pan

Garnish with green onion
