Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlbesan
  2. 1grated carrot
  3. 1chopped capsicum
  4. 2 tspgreen coriander
  5. 1green chilli
  6. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  7. 1 cupcurd
  8. pinchhing
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. 1 tspmustard seeds
  12. 2 tspoil
  13. 1 packeteno

Cooking Instructions

    Put besan,veggies,salt,hing,hing,curd and some water in a mixing bowl and make a batter.

    Now add eno and mix it well.pour this mixture in a dhokla mould.

    Steam for 15 minutes.demould the dhokla.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds add 1/2 cup water and lemon juice and boil it.

  5. 5

    Spread on dhokla cut into pieces.

  6. 6

    Serve this yummy dhokla.
