In the mixing bowl add Maida, baking soda, pinch of salt,ghee, mix well like crumbled add curd mix well add water to make dough and cover with cloth keep aside.

To make sugar syrup add sugar and water into the vessel allow to boil add saffron and cardamom powder, boil till thick one String consistency.turn off'.

Knead gently the dough make small portion, lemon size balls, flatten and press in the middle deep fry in the oil in medium flame till it turns golden colour, remove from the oil transfer to sugar syrup, dip into sugar syrup for 2 minutes then remove and arrange in the serving plate. Garnish with saffron threads. Enjoy soft juicy badusha.
