In a bowl grate cabbage,carrot, cauliflower

All veg add salt keep aside for sometime then drain out water from veg now add green garlic, ginger chop and chilli salt add corn flour mix well then add maida make dough

Then make pakoda in oil from dough,Now in another pan on the gas add oil, add garlic paste,ginger and chilli,onion stir it now add capsicums, peas carrot onion, some green onion

Stir it on fast flame now add cornflour paste add into veg now add some ajinomoto if you want then.

Add pakodoe stir it well now add Soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder and last green onion leaves transfer to plate garnish with fresh Coriander and green garlic and green onions leave
