  1. Chicken parts
  2. 1 bottleOil
  3. Spices
  4. 3 tbsSoy sauce
  5. Onion and perperika
  6. Garlic,ginger and clove tsp

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur chicken thoroughly,season with all the ingredients listed above,Marinate your chicken and boil cook on low heat so d species will penetrate well.

  2. 2

    Pound d meat and remove bones and oily skin.

  3. 3

    Add oil and start frying in low heat shallow frying most preferably,till its golden brown.Serve or keep in an air tight container and keep in d fridge it stays for 1month or more.
