Knead the dough like Puri or bit tight to make it crispy

If fresh peas just grind it and if frozen give little Josh and then grind it

Take pan put ghee add peas mixture till water is evaporated add Gur and mix well

Cool it add all the chopped dry fryuits and roast coconut with elaichi, jaiphal and dalchini powder

Take small portion of maida make thin chapati like shape put the filling and apply water on the corners and fold it

Then fry in medium hot oil till golden brown

Gujiya is ready
