I made these squidgy Blondies for my blondie friends birthday. The recipe came from GBBO winner, Candice Brown’s, book Comfort.

Preheat oven to 160 (fan) and line the baking tin with baking paper

Melt the butter and mix with the sugar until dissolved and smooth
- 3
Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.

Beat in the eggs and stir through the vanilla paste.
- 5
Add the flour, baking powder and salt and fold to combine.
- 6
Stir through the chocolate chunks.
- 7
Pour the mix into the tin and top with the mini marshmallows
- 8
Bake for 50-60 minutes- until risen and topping is golden brown.
- 9
Leave to fully cool down (1 hour) before removing from the tin and cutting into squares.
