Sieve the flower, baking powder and sugar in a bowl put the egg,butter and sugar together and whisk then add flavour and milkmix them all together until soft

Then add the flower,pinch of salt and vegetable oil then mix until the Doe is smooth and mixed well it comes in round shape

Then use a roller to roll it to a flat form and be careful don't make it too thick use a shape knife or razor blade to cut it

After cutting it put your vegetable oil on a low heat and fry until crispy
