This is a super summer coolant. Best to serve in holi with colourful flavours,prepare rabdi and flavours one day before and serve by assembling everything and all will be amazed.

Making Rabdi:Take a sauce pan add 1.5 cups of thick full fat milk 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and 4-5 spoons sugar.

Let it boil for 3 mins and little reduced,take 1 tsp cornflour mix with some milk and pour into the milk mix.

Add a tsp of rose water and let it boil till thick consistency rabdi is ready keep to chill.

Make chasni:Take a pot and add 1.5 cups sugar and same measuring 1 cup water and let it boil till all dissolves add half lemon juice and stir well and keep aside to cool.

Now we have to make flavour syrup for gola,here we are making 5 types of differnt flavour syrup...1)kala khatta flavour. 2)orange flavour. 3) chocolate flavour. 4) strawberry flavour.5) kacha aam flavour transfer sugar syrup to 5 bowls...

Orange flavour,squeeze orange to one bowl of sugar syrup add yellow colour stir well and keep aside.

Kala khatta flavour squeeze half lemon to the sugar syrup add pinch red and green colour to get black colour. Add chat masala amd stir well adjust taste according to ur preference.

Chocolate flavour add melted chocolate to the sugar syrup add few drops of vanilla essence.

Strawberry flavour,grind strawberries(used frozen so bright colour) without water and add to the sugar syrup kachi kairi flavour peel and grind half kairi with pinch green colour and mix in sugar syrup...

These are the flavours made with fruits and in middle rabdi,chop some nuts like almonds,cashews, kismis, home dried rose petals and cherries.

Take a mixie jar and add the ice cubes and grind it,u will get grinded mix to make gola.

Make round or mountain with the grinded ice pour orange flavour,then kachi kairi flavour,kala khatta flavour,strawberry flavour,chocolate flavour.

Pour rabdi on that.then top with all nuts.

Top again with all flavour syrups amd top with cherry,tasty mumbai special Badshahi Burf ka gola is ready to enjoy.

Note: you can make your own flavours of your choice, by adding different colour fruits or can use readymade colourful syrups like khus syrup,rose syrup etc.
