Arrange already cooked cow leg in clean pot, add salt, 1 knorr and little of the chop onion, garlic, ginger and pepper and heat for 15min or till the meat is more tender then remove from heat and set aside

Wash onions, slice one and set aside and the other keep it aside for blending; wash tomatoes, pepper, tatashe, shombo, garlic and ginger then blend make sure to add the remaining onions;

Get another clean pot place on heat add vegetable oil after a min add onion and all the blending

Do not stir until water dries up, stir continuously till the sour taste is gone; then add salt, knorr cube and any other spice of your choice; then add the cow leg stir

Add the stock if there is still any left and allow is simmer on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, turn off heat and serve with boiled rice
