Cooking Instructions

Let’s get started with this yummy food!You want to put the meat/beef into the pan your using and cook until the meat isn’t pink!

When that’s done or maybe a little before preheat the oven at 350

Now lay out tortilla chips on a pizza pan
- 4
Sprinkle the finished meat onto the pan
- 5
Remember to add as much cheese as you like!You can also add any other toppings now

Put the nachos in the oven until the cheese is melted
- 7
Serve to the family and enjoy this delicious meal

Poor man taco night.... i make this often , everyone in my house love tacos / nachos... I make this around the same time I make a big bowl of salad... and use some of the lettuce and tomatoes from that, I do have some picky eaters so grabbing a few extra things like a cucumber , mushrooms (when iam grocery shopping is no big deal.)for a salad. To do a pasta Night with salad .... that way all of my lettuce and tomatoes are being used up and I have no waste and two dinners.... it’s just something I always do if I make something like this or tacos ... ( this happens to be a favorite of mine , quick easy and cheap)

my husband makes this and the kids love it. my 10 year old son does it in the microwave as long as we cook the hamburger he will melt the cheese. husbands mom does it in a very small crock pot. favorite for get togethers here

We had some leftover buffalo and wasn't enough for a whole family, so I creatively turned it into nachos. Let's just say this will be a new family favorite, buffalo gives it a nice surprise. I recently had a miscarriage, then just two weeks after it, I found out I have chronic congestive heart failure, I'm only in my 30s! My other half has it too, so we're changing our diet to well, live longer. We found buffalo at our local meat market.
