Parboil rice and set aside

Dice veggies to desired shapes

Heat up a little vegetable oil in the pot

Fry onion for few seconds and pour in the beef broth

Add more water, seasoning cube, pepper, crayfish, salt, curry, thyme and powdered coconut sachet

Allow to boil for few minutes then pour in the rice

When almost dried up, pour in the veggies and stir

Allow for few seconds on fire, then serve
