Ingredients

  • 1 kgirish potatoes
  • I tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
  • I tablespoon soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoonscooking oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 teaspoonstumeric
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chillie
  • 2 teaspoonsmixed spices
  • 2 teaspoonsrosemary leaves
  • 1large onion
  • 1 bunchdhania

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes, wash and boil or steam

    In a bowl mix all the spices, oil, salt and ginger/garlic paste

    Grease the baking try. Dip the boiled potatoes in the spice mixture ensure they are well coated and arrange them on the tray

    Sprinkle the onions on top

    Bake until crispy. Sprinkle the chopped dhania. Serve and enjoy
