Heat a pan and add 1 tsp butter to it.

Add basil leaves, cinnemon and black pepper.

Now add washed and chopped palak to it.

Cover it and cook for 10 mints until palak soften.

In another pan heat 2 tbsp butter and saughte maida and add milk and stir well.

Cook until it thickens.

Now grind palak into mixer.

Add white sauce cream to it and serve hot.
