Ingredients

  • 2 cupRice (grinded) (firstly wash rice then pat-dry then grind it)
  • 2 ltrMilk
  • 1 kgCarrots (grated)
  • 1 tinCondensed milk
  • Sugar (according to taste bcz condensed milk is sweetened
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  • 2 tbspRose water
  • 1 tspKewra essence
  • Nuts for garnishing
  • Pink color a pinch (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil milk then add rice with nutmeg & cardamom powder & cook on low flame for good 12-15 minutes keep stirring continuously until rice is half done

    Add carrots with condensed milk & cook for 15 -20 minutes on low flame (stir continuously, adjusts sugar at this stage)

    When it’s getting thick & rice is full done add rose water & kewra water mix it well n turn off the flame
    (If u wish to add color then add at this stage)
    Transfer in serving dish & garnish with nuts
    Serve chilled
