Ingredients

#SaladIngredients
1each Coloured (red, yellow, green) capsicum cut into
as neededBoiled kidney beans
1Cucumber cut into cubes
2Onion cut into cubes
4-5Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cupRoasted corn
5-6Olives
as required Ready made nacho chips
#DressingIngredients
4-5 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tspChilli flakes
1/2 tsp.Oregano
1 tbspchilli sauce
1garlic clove finely chopped
to tasteSalt

Steps

Toss all salad ingredients in a large bowl.

In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients.

Pour dressing over mixture and toss again.

Add some roughly crushed nacho chips on it.

In a serving bowl, spread the nacho chips and add salad on it.

Decorate with nacho chips and serve the salad.😋😊
