METHOD
1 - Heat oil heavy bottom pan/ kadhai on medium heat.
2 - Reduce flame to low then add green cardamom powder.
3 - Now add flour in kadhai andstart roasting flour till colour changed in brown.Stir continously while roasting flour. It takes almost 15 minutes on low heat.
4 - Add 1 cup luke warm water in roasted flour. Stir fastly so that lumps will be not form.Cook this way for 3 minutes.
5 - Now add sugar as per your taste and cook for another 5 minutes with lid on low flame. - 2
6-sprinkle some dryfruits mix well..halwa ready enjoy in breafast😍
