Kaddu Ka Kheer
Steps

Scrape the bottle guard seeds, peels and grate the bottle guard with a grater.

Squeeze water from grated bottle guard.

Take a pan and pour 3 tbsp of ghee and fry the dry fruits of your choice and keep it aside, in same pan add squeezed kaddu and until it turns transparent.

Now add milk and wait it gets a boil and then sugar,cardamom powder.
- 5
Finally add dry fruits to the Kheer. Kaddu ka Kheer is ready to serve.
