Ingredients

  • 1 cupSoji (semolina)
  • 1 cupGhee
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cup Water (sugar and water mix and cook until sugar dissolves add orange food color)
  • 1 pinchOrange 🍊 food color
  • 4Green cardimom
  • 1 cupMilk (add zafran in milk)
  • 6 to 8 threadsZafran (saffron)
  • Coconut 🌴 flakes pista and badam for garnish

Steps

    In pan add ghee green cardamom and suji and bohnfy until suji became pink add sugar syrup mix well don't makes lumps add milk remove green cardamom cover the pan dum for 5 mins
