Tumeric rice and fried plantain
Steps

Parboil the rice with tumeric powder and wash.

Heat the vegetable oil, add onions stir and add pepper and fry for a minute. Pour your water, seasoning and stir.

Now add the parboiled tumeric rice and mix. When the water is almost dried up add the carrots and green beans.

Fry the ripe plantain in veg oil and set aside. Enjoy.
