its my nephew's favourite recipe every time i visit his place we both go out and enjoyed it on his birthday i want to make with my own hands to surprise n please him.its my love for him which is a basic ingredient in every recipe

6-8 servings

120 gmscreme cheese
240 gmsdairy creme
3/4 cupcaster sugar
half cupwhip creme
1 tspgelatin
2 Tbswater
500 gmsfresh strawberries
1 packany sweet biscuits
50 gmsbutter

Steps

Dissolve gelatin in 2Tbs luke warm water

Crush biscuits

Melt butter and add in crushed biscuits

Take a strayfoam pan or a dessert shot and have layer of crushed biscuits

Mix creme cheese whip creme dairy creme caster sugar in a bowl and mix well with electric beater till fluff

Add gelatin mixture

Pour this batter on biscuit base and refrigerate for 6-8 hrs

When get chilled topped it wd fresh strawberries and whip creme
