Combine all the ingredients mentioned above in a bowl and mix well.

Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape each portion flat round or which ever shape you like. Keep these aside.

Heat ghee/ oil in a kadhai and start deep-fry the vadas on a medium to high flame till they turn brown in colour from both the sides.

Drain these vadas on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- 5
Serve these crunchy sabudana aloo tikkis with fresh curd or chutney of your choice.
