Ingredients

1 hour at 350°
  1. 1 LoafBread
  2. 2-3Eggs
  3. 4 cupsChicken Broth
  4. 2-3Celery Stalks sliced thin
  5. 1small to medium Onion diced
  6. 1/2 stickButter
  7. 1 canCream of Chicken
  8. Salt and Pepper to your preference
  9. Oil of your choice for non-stick

Cooking Instructions

1 hour at 350°
  1. 1

Rip up the whole loaf Bread into tiny pieces. Lay it out on some foil in a single layer to dry out overnight.

  2. 2

Mix dried Bread, Eggs, Chicken Broth, sliced Celery, diced Onion, Butter, and Cream of Chicken in large bowl. You want it sticky not mushy. The more you mix the heavier it will be.

  3. 3

Lightly spray or coat with oil a large sheet of foil.

  4. 4

Lightly form your mixture into a loaf in the middle of the foil then wrap it up.

  5. 5

Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

  6. 6

Once cooled slice up how you want. It's great with a chicken or turkey gravy.
