Steps

Mix semolina and purpose flour and filter it. Now put some oil and rub the flour and knead the flour to make the dough with drinking soda.

Keep the dough covered for 10 minutes. Now divide the dough into small balls. Roll these balls in the form of small chapati and placed it on the wet soft cloth. When u make all the small chapatis for golgappas now put chapatis one by one.

Golgappas should seems like balloon or it should be bulge. And did it for all the chapatis which we made above.

Now wait until the golgappas gets cool and when it get cool try to make a whole with the help of finger

Now put boiled white peas and potatoes into it along with red Imli sauce, green chilli sauce, curd and sprinkle some spices according to your taste also put some sev namkeen for garnishing

Did it for all the golgappas. Our Dahi puri is ready to serve.
