Steps

Wash meat and put in a pot, dice onions, garlic and add, then Maggi, thyme and salt and put on fire, allow to cook until tender.

Scrap ginger, and grate with fresh pepper, and add to the already soft meat then stir, add spices and wash scent leaf and allow to cook for about 5minutes.

Remove from heat and serve hot with a chilled drink 😋😋
