Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 table spoonyeast
  • 1 tea spoonbutter
  • 4table sugar
  • 1egg
  • 7 table spoonwater
  • Enough oil for frying
  • Chopped onion
  • 3fried fish
  • Chopped Green pepper
  • 2maggi cubes

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash fish with onion with green,maggi together in a bowl and set aside

  2. 2

    Sieve you flour,baking powder sugar&butter

  3. 3

    Add egg and mix it with flour until its totally absorbed in by the flour

  4. 4

    Begin to add in water little by little at a time until a workable dough is formed

  5. 5

    Transfer the dough to a workable surface and knead for 3mnts

  6. 6

    Roll out the dough and cut it into rectangle shape,and you don't need to be perfect while cutting the rectangle shape..its going to be rolled no one can se the imperfection😁

  7. 7

    Take each of the cutting and fill it with one table spoon of fish and tightly roll and secure the tip a little bit to prevent the fish from spilling

  8. 8

    Egg wash the fish rolls and bake for 7 mints until its golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve hot,warm or cold with your favorite drink
