First take a big bowl put the chicken pieces, salt and one tablespoon oil and mix it and set aside for few minutes.

Arrange all ingredients near to your cooking side.

Now heat the pan add the remaining oil. Add the bay leaves, jeera, hing in the pan for tempering.

When starts cracking, add onion, tomato ginger, garlic masala

Saute and fry with adding termaric powder, and red chilli powder,

Keep stirring until raw smell is removed from the gravy and oil evaporates

Now add the chicken pieces mix it well in high flame of the oven.

Stirring continuously with adding salt, because burn can be happened in the chicken

Now add the dry roasted jeera dhania powder mix it well, next add the garam masala powder

Give it a nice mix and keep stirring,

Now add the required water in the pan and mix it cover with the lid.

Keep the flame in high for twenty minutes,

After then low the flame of the oven for 45 minutes, then remove the lid

Yummy chicken kosha is ready.
