  • 1 teaspoonturmeric
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • C/oil

    Peel and clean potatoes

  2. 2

    Slice them and blanch in turmeric water for 10mins

  3. 3

    Deep fry in hot oil

  4. 4

    When ready sprinkle some salt and black pepper
